Description: Turtletopia is a portal web site for finding information on the care, breeding, habitat, and feeding of turtles and tortoises. The web site also features book reviews and a discussion forum.

Website
Developing a website that was easy to maintain was the most important aspect of this project. With a templated system, I setup a solution based on Dreamweaver so the client would be able to easily update the site themselves.

Identity
Turtletopia also needed a logo. This attractive and colorful design was created to depict the coloring of turtles, which is largely green with a few accents here and there. A chunky, yet fun font was used in the name in order to convey the sporadic movements of the slow turtles and tortoises. The added touch of the turtle with the tongue hanging out gives it that spark of fun!
